Internally, information is handled on a need-to-know basis. Externally, our advisors and partners are required to sign an NDA before being sent any non-publicly available information.
In addition, information is also only shared on a need-to-know basis; we sanitise all documents before sending them out to the relevant parties, and different versions of the same original document will be presented according to the recipient’s role in a project.
